Afrovenator (African Hunter) is a dinosaur from the Middle Jurassic Period.
Afrovenator was discovered in the Tiouraren Formation in Agadez, Niger.
Afrovenator outside of Megalosauridae completely is sometimes is classified in Spinosauridae. Well another
study shows its related to Allosaurus.
